End-to-end manufacturing

Our industrial blades and knives can be made of stainless steel, tungsten carbide, and other materials known for their toughness and durability. We’ll use the material that has the necessary machinability, depending on the processing requirements at your facilities and the sought-after shapes and additional features. The manufacturing process is fully handled by Sheng Zhong Blade and comprises:

• High-temperature forging to ensure the needed mechanical strength
• Annealing to prepare the material for further processing
• Machining to achieve the workable size and type
• Quenching and triple-tempering to boost hardness and dependability
• Grinding to give the machined piece the preferred shape and roughness

After essential manufacturing processes, we conduct quality inspections directly at our blade factory. That’s when each piece is manually checked and subjected to industrial tests to inspect its mechanical properties, cutting performance, and durability. Only fully inspected blades of proven quality are then laser-marked and prepared for shipping.

We perform machining, grinding, and heat treatment processes internally. This allows the Sheng Zhong industrial blade company to ensure manufacturing compliance with our quality standards and deliver defect-free products without having to rely on third parties.

All blades are coated with anti-rust oil before leaving our factory in China. We can arrange rail, sea, or air shipments.
